Australian Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply when someone who lives in Australia uses glidedspin.com (the “Site”), which is run by Momentum Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept them.

2. Who may play

Glided Spin is open only to adults aged 21 or over who live in Germany, in Australia, or in a Canadian province or territory other than Québec and Ontario, and who use the site from there. Residents of Québec, Ontario and every other country are not permitted to use it. From Australia, that means you must be 21 or older, live in Australia and be in Australia when you play. You confirm this before your first game and when creating an account. If you do not meet these conditions, please do not use the Site.

3. What Glided Spin is – and isn't

The Site offers casino-style games for entertainment, free of charge. It is not a gambling service under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth): you never pay anything in, you can never take anything out, and there are no prizes of any kind. It is not an online casino and it does not offer online pokies for money.

4. Virtual coins

• Virtual coins, balances and scores have no monetary value.
• They are not for sale – nothing on the Site is – and they cannot be sold, swapped, transferred, redeemed or turned into money, goods or anything else of value.
• They can reset at any time, for example when you reopen a game, and you do not own them.

5. Your free account

An account is optional and free. Please use accurate details, including the state or territory you live in. Your account is stored in your browser and disappears if you clear your browser data. You can stop using the Site whenever you like.

6. Playing fair

Please don't interfere with the Site or its security; copy, scrape or redistribute its content or games; use it for any real-money betting, sweepstakes or prize promotion; or use it if you are not eligible under section 2.

7. The games and our content

The games are made and hosted by Play'n GO and belong to it. The Glided Spin name, logo, design and written content belong to us. You may use the Site for your own private entertainment, and that permission can be withdrawn.

8. Keeping the Site running

We provide the Site free and may change, add or remove games and features, or close the Site. We try to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be online or error-free.

9. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a term would otherwise do that, it does not apply to the extent of the conflict.

10. Our responsibility to you

Subject to section 9, and because the Site is free, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control – such as outages of the game studio's servers or problems with your internet connection. This does not limit our responsibility for loss caused by our negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Stopping

You can stop using the Site at any time. If you break these terms – in particular by playing when you are not eligible – you must stop using it straight away.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for good reason, such as a change in the law or a new feature. The current version and its date are always on this page, and we will flag significant changes on the Site before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Australian state or territory where you live. Either of us may bring proceedings in the courts or tribunals of that state or territory.
