1. Who may use Glided Spin

Glided Spin is open only to adults aged 21 or over who live in Germany, in Australia, or in a Canadian province or territory other than Québec and Ontario, and who use the site from there. Residents of Québec, Ontario and every other country are not permitted to use it. By using the site, and again when you create an account, you confirm that you meet these conditions. Anyone who does not meet them must not use the Site.

2. What Glided Spin is

Glided Spin (the "Site"), operated by Momentum Studio Ltd, offers casino-style games purely for entertainment and free of charge. It is not a gambling service: no real money or anything of value is ever staked, and no money, prizes or anything of value can ever be won.

3. Virtual coins

• Virtual coins, balances and scores ("Virtual Items") are play features with no monetary value.
• Virtual Items cannot be bought – nothing on the Site is for sale – and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, redeemed or converted into money, goods, services or anything else of value, on or off the Site.
• Virtual Items may reset at any time, including when a game is reopened. You acquire no ownership of them.

4. Your account

An account is free and optional. Please give accurate information, including your real region of residence. Account data is stored in your own browser and is deleted if you clear your browser data. You can stop using the Site at any time.

5. Fair use

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation or security; not to scrape, copy or redistribute its content or games; not to use the Site in connection with any real-money wagering, sweepstakes or prize scheme; not to present the Site as a gambling product; and not to use it unless you meet the conditions in section 1.

6. Games and intellectual property

The games are created and served by Play'n GO and remain its property under its own terms. The Glided Spin name, logo, design and original text belong to the operator. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Site for private entertainment only.

7. Availability

The Site is provided free of charge. We may change, replace or remove games and features, or suspend the Site, at any time. We aim for good availability but cannot guarantee it.

8. Liability

We accept full liability for harm we cause deliberately or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law such as product liability law requires it. Where we are only slightly negligent, we are liable only if we breach a duty without which the Site could not be used as intended and on which you are therefore entitled to rely – and then only for the kind of damage typically to be expected from a service like this. Beyond that we are not liable. None of this reduces rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the Site at any time. If you breach these terms – in particular by using the Site without being eligible – you must stop using it immediately.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for valid reasons, such as legal changes or new features. The current version and its date are always published here; material changes are announced on the Site in advance.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
