1. What Glided Spin is
Glided Spin (the “Platform”) is a free-to-play social gaming website offering casino-style games for entertainment only. The Platform is not a gambling service: no real money or thing of value is ever staked, and no real money, prizes, or things of value can ever be won.
2. Eligibility — 21+
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Platform. By using it, and again when creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may suspend or remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 21.
3. Virtual coins and Glory Points
- Virtual coins, Glory Points, achievements, scores, and leaderboard positions (together, “Virtual Items”) are fictional play features with no monetary value.
- Virtual Items cannot be purchased — the Platform offers nothing for sale — and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, redeemed, or converted into money, goods, services, or anything of value, on or off the Platform.
- Virtual Items may be reset, adjusted, or discontinued at any time. You acquire no property interest in them.
4. Your account
Account creation is free and optional. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself, and use one account only. Account data is stored locally in your browser; clearing your browser data will remove it. You may stop using the Platform, or ask us to deactivate your account via the contact page, at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you will not attempt to interfere with its operation or security; scrape, copy, or redistribute its content or games; use the Platform in connection with any real-money wagering, sweepstakes, or prize scheme; or misrepresent the Platform as a gambling product.
6. Games and intellectual property
Games available on the Platform are created and served by third-party game studios and remain their property, protected by their own terms. The Glided Spin name, logo, design, and original content are our property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform for private entertainment, and no other rights.
7. Availability and changes
The Platform is provided free of charge, and we may modify, replace, or remove games and features — or suspend the Platform entirely — at any time without notice or liability. We aim for excellent uptime but promise none.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Game outcomes are random and for entertainment only; nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling advice, and success at social casino play implies no likelihood of success at real-money gambling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. As the Platform is free and stakes nothing of value, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid to use the Platform — which is zero.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms. Sections 3, 6, 8, and 9 survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be published on this page; continued use after changes means acceptance.
