Privacy Policy
We collect very little, sell nothing and run no advertising or analytics trackers. Below is every way personal data is touched when you use Glided Spin, written to meet the EU GDPR and Canada's PIPEDA.

1. Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through glidedspin.com is Momentum Studio Ltd, the operator of Glided Spin. You can reach us about anything privacy-related at privacy@glidedspin.com. Our provider details are on the Imprint page. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
2. The short version
- No advertising, analytics, social-media pixels or fingerprinting. No externally hosted fonts or scripts.
- Your free account (display name, email, region) is saved only in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
- When you start a game, your browser connects to the game studio's servers – that is how the game loads.
- If you email us, we use your message only to answer it.
- We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
3. Each processing activity
Delivering the website (server logs)
- What
- IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and operating-system string, status code.
- Why
- To deliver pages, keep the site secure and diagnose faults.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in running a stable, secure website.
- Recipients
- Our hosting provider Hostinger, acting as processor under a data processing agreement.
- How long
- Deleted automatically on the host's log-rotation schedule; never used for profiling.
Your free account
- What
- Display name, email address, the region you selected and the date you signed up. There is no password.
- Where
- Only in your browser's local storage on your own device. It does not reach our servers.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the account you asked for); § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG for storing it on your device.
- How long
- Until you delete it on the log-in page or clear this site's data in your browser.
Playing a game
- What
- Your IP address and technical connection data, sent by your browser when you press Play.
- Why
- The games are provided and streamed by Play'n GO; your browser must connect to its servers to load them.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – loading the game you requested.
- Recipient
- Play'n GO, which processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (playngo.com). Inside the game window it may also store data on your device. Nothing is sent before you press Play.
Emailing us
- What
- Your email address, name if given, and whatever you write. Our contact form only opens your own email app – it sends nothing itself.
- Why
- To answer your question or handle your request.
- Recipient
- Our email service provider, acting as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns your account; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries).
- How long
- Until the matter is resolved, then deleted within six months unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
4. Browser storage
We do not set cookies ourselves. In your browser's local storage we keep only what features you use need: a note that you have seen the storage notice; your confirmation that you are 21+ and eligible, so we don't ask before every game; and – only if you create one – your free account plus whether you are logged in. All of this is strictly necessary for functions you request, so no consent is required (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Once you start a game, Play'n GO may store its own data inside the game window under its own policy.
5. International transfers
Momentum Studio Ltd is based outside the EU, in the United Kingdom. When you email us, your message is therefore transferred to the UK, which is covered by an EU adequacy decision (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/2574, valid until 27 December 2031). If our email service provider processes data outside the EU and the UK, this happens only under the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR, such as EU standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). There is no automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22). You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work (Art. 77).

7. For Canadian residents
We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you and withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal limits. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
8. For Australian residents
If you live in Australia, our Australian Privacy Policy applies. It follows the Australian Privacy Principles and explains how to access or correct your information and how to complain, including to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
9. Age, security and changes
Age and region. Glided Spin is open only to adults aged 21 or over who live in Germany, in Australia, or in a Canadian province or territory other than Québec and Ontario, and who use the site from there. Residents of Québec, Ontario and every other country are not permitted to use it. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 21; if you believe this has happened, tell us and we will delete it.
Security. The site is served only over HTTPS, and we hold almost no personal data in the first place.
Changes. If this policy changes, we update the date at the top and highlight significant changes on the site.
